Nicole Johndro brings a passionate, persistent, and resourceful approach to her work at Kingdom Focused Financial. Her determination and grit, once earning her the nickname “Scrappy” as a competitive soccer player.
Nicole’s heart for service and global awareness was shaped during a college trip to India, where she served at Mother Teresa homes and worked alongside a local business dedicated to providing women with employment and education to help them leave the trafficking industry. That experience continues to influence her commitment to compassion, dignity, and purposeful work.
What Nicole loves most about KFF is the intentional integration of financial literacy with biblical principles and stewardship. She chose to work at KFF because seeking God’s Kingdom comes first, and she values the warm, welcoming culture and collaborative spirit of the team.
Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She loves cooking and baking, learning piano, exploring the outdoors, and frequenting local coffee shops. Her faith, perseverance, and heart for service make her a valued part of the KFF family.
